State Bank Of India [SBI] — failed transaction but amount debited | |||
My account no is [protected]. My name is babulal lamba. On 26 feb i have done 04 transection through irctc. Out of 04 transection 02 transection was failed but amound was debited. The amount is 745 & 780 rs. Irctc and sbi customer care are not giving proper response. Irctc ticket id is 8349493, 8349485, 8423212. 26 feb total transection 04. I received offer for Reinstatement from SBI Card dated 13 july-2017 MUM/SBICC/73991, and i accept the sale on 1-8-2017 and paid amount offered in reinstatement offer now bank office not replying regarding this. what i have to do. they not replying to my call ore sms or not provide me any other number mail id what i have to do

I added a beneficiary account.but when did I modifiy the account details for more and submit from that time I can't see that account.i want to either modify or delete that account and again want to add.then how can I add that account again ?
