This is to bring to your notice that SBI, Pali Market Branch (3452) have received a letter no. MH/BAN/PF/PDS/166 dt. 01/01/2016 asking the bank to forward the original PPO in respect of MH/BAN/46911 of Mrs. Maria Preciosa Tellis for transfer of PF from Bandra to Vashi for which an account is opened up with Punjab National Bank - Vashi since i have been staying in Vashi. It becomes very difficult to travei from Bandra to Vashi for the life certificate .
