Dear sir, i have sbi credit card, i received a call from this mob no. ([protected]) on 10-oct-2016. He (Executive) told me that we are calling from mastercard/vissa card verification department and he told all my details including my card number, full name and mailing address linked with that card and asked me to enter otp which has sent to my mobile number for verification, since he mentioned all my details i trusted he is from sbi only but finally its a fraud call, he used an amount of rs 7815 from my card. So please solve my problem and save me from this fraud.

So please solve my problem and save me from this fraud.
The Same thing happened with me, i have lost my Rs.7840 yesterday 16-Feb 2017 through the Citibank Credit card by the trendon Epay Kerala.
I have immediately called up the Citibank customer care and blocked the card and asked them to dispute for the transaction since the merchant has not claimed the transaction still. i even registered an FIR on the same and followed up with the bank Seeking help, i called them around ten times and registered a request for Dispute.
However the manger from Citibank called me today and informed me that this will not be considered for Dispute and the bank will release the amount when the merchant claims this. I pleaded them for help but they did not not hear me.

The fraud call number appeared to be [protected] and[protected].
They attended my call for 4 times and when i asked them to refund the amount they have disconnected my call and blocked my number.

I request you to help me out in this and save my cash as this still not claimed by the merchant.
