i m nutan uniyal my sbi account no.- [protected]

i transcat money from dena bank atm on 12.05-2017 t.no[protected] and[protected] that are declined but money deducted from my account .
i complained in sbi customer care and refund of only one transaction is credited on my a/c on[protected]

i further comlained in banks and customer complaint no.but no money is credited in my account.
my complaint no. are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],
please put some concern on this issue.
