State Bank Of India [SBI] — i'm complaining about refund not credited to my bank account

My name is saurabh babaji nehe and i had ordered amazon echo dot 3 + syska 9w smart bulb combo of rs.2449 on amazon on 15/07/2019 and on the same day i cancelled this order due to some reasons. I paid rs.600 from amazon pay and remaining rs.1849 from my bank account and on 15/07/2019 amazon initiated the amount rs.1849 to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number #724493 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
