Dear sir, I had opened a nps account. My pran is[protected]. As per central recordkeeping agency my kyc verification is pending with sbi bank since 10.11.17. Due to which my pran is still frozen. As per cra your head office should confirm my kyc, after that they may defreeze my nps account and i could be able to deposit further amount to my nps account. The details of my pran 1. My f.D. No. A/c, [protected], dt. 18.04.2015, rs.50, 000/ with sbi (erstwhile state bank of mysore), is reduced to @ rs. 49, 268. After 18 months.I was not intimated for the same. My complaints remains unresolved.

Dear sir,
Recently i have charged 3500 for my card as interest charges which is more than the 10 of outstanding amount. my card payment due is 90000 i have paid 55000 on the before due date and with in three days i have paid the rest of the amount also but i have charged 3500 as charges
