[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — Loss of money from account due to ATM malfunction | |
Holder of sbi ac no. [protected]. On 12/05/17 used federal bank atm at changaramkulam. Inserted my atm card and entered atm pin. Technical problems arises and screen become blurred. So discontinued process. Sms received through phone that rs.10000/ withdrawn at 09.31 hours. Informed sbi edapal and federal bank changaramkulam on same day registered complaint through tollfree number of sbi.[protected] and waited as per the instructions sms received yesterday from bz sbipsg that... Atm bank has confirmed this transaction as successful... Complaint filed before sho changaramkulam on 12/05/17 sho verified the cctv footage and found that i does not withdrawn the amount. So it is clear that some crimina hil misappropriation had occurred. Somebody had committed a malpractice in atm thereby i had lost rs.10000/ sbi should return the amount and protect my right as a customer.. It is the sole responsibility of sbi to inform the police and to take necessary steps to register a fir to recover my lost amount and to book the culprit Was this information helpful? | |

16/5/17 ko internet banking or dwara imps 500 rupees dusara account may bejdiya tha mera account debit hogaya unka account pouchaa nahi hai
