State Bank Of India [SBI] — net received my sbi debit card and not allowing to register complaint | |||||
I had applied for the debit card from SBI Mahad branch (402301) to my present address at Gurgaon (122002). I had received a message from the bank that card is dispatched on 8th Nov. But haven't received yet. now the speed post tracker shows that card is delivered to SYSCON Corporation Private Limited at Mumbai. I had called SBI customer care a few days ago, they told me to contact India Port, and when I called India post they told to call SBI branch again. There was an error message displaying on speed post tracking portal, 2 -3 days ago and now it is showing consignment is delivered to Mumbai and Iten was returned because of delivery attempt unclaimed by me. But I have neither received anything nor received any call from speed post. So how can they say that item is unclaimed. I am attaching Speedpost tracking history with speed post tracking number with this complaint. Please help me out as both SBI and India post are not taking responsibility for the item.
