Dear sir, I got an offer regarding up gradation of my existing sbi credit card but have not received the new card till now. I have called at help desk number of sbi and the customer executive replied that i will get the card within 10 days, but i'm afraid that till now no card has been received. (4 to 5 months) not received. Since now days purchasing things and going around is bit tough without a credit card. Kindly look into the process and i hope that i will get a positive response from your end.
