State Bank Of India (SBI) — Payment system ECS

I opted ECS for my Home loan. Home loan is with HDFC bank BBS, and ECS from SBI bank Jajpur road. I have submit ECS mandate 13DEC14 and the same has to be update in SBI also After completion of loan processing still ECS process is not done by SBI. Its happen two times ie EMI for JAN2015 and FEB2015.I used to go to SBI bank all time they are returning back and HDFC has written a letter to me in which they have mentioned that ECS mandate not received from customer.
