State Bank Of India [SBI] — Receiving messages from DM- CBSSBI of sbi bank of other account holder

I transferred an amount to my bank account from paytm. Paytm shows a successful transection to bank but transection amount is yet to be received in account.

SBI Debit Card 459XX4365 for a purchase worth Rs5000 on POS [protected] at Paytm Mobile Solutions txn#[protected].
This transaction was not done by me. Kindly do something in this case.

On 26 November 2016, money is debited from my account without using anywhere. when I saw my mini statement showing that Description as POS PRCH for two times it debited total 1700. please help me how to recover the money.

I am continuously receiving messages on my mobile from the CBSSBI that "Your A/C XXXXX520919 credited INR 2, 000.00 on dd/mm/yyyy" OR "On your request, signature has been changes in account XXXXX520919 etc."

I am not SBI Account holder, still receiving this kind of messages. Please let me know who is using/ linked my mobile number?

My complaint to SBI bank that, Did that person linked the Aadhar number to his/her account? The number mentioned on Aadhar card and registered with SBI is same?
