State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund from amazon not processed in my bank account. | |||
My name is vivek. I had ordered a product worth rs. 197.00 from amazon.in on 19th september 2018 and paid through sbi internet banking. I had returned the product back to amazon.in on 19th october 2019 due to personal reason. On 19th october 2019, amazon.in had processed a refund amount of rs. 197.00 to the original payment method. However, i still haven't received the credit in my sbi bank account. Amazon.in provided me with a refund reference number "# igaejspar0" and told me to file a charge dispute in the bank. However, my sbi home branch says that they don't have such a policy. I've already contacted my home branch several times and they are unable to help me in anyway. Hence, please look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest as it has been nearly 6 months now. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||

As I am using SBI credit card, Last 5 Months I am unable to pay my Dues due to Financial situation, Some Agents are coming to our home and threaten our Siblings. Interest Is also very High.
