State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund from irctc is not credited in my account.

Hello sir,
My refund of two cancelled ticket from irctc which i have paid with my debit card had not been credited to my account yet.When i contact to irctc they Gave me the RRN number and told me to contact to the card issuing bank for the refund status.
These are the details mailed by irctc to me against my refund.
