[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund of failed irctc booking | |
Hi, I tried to book ticket on irctc app on 17th april but the booking failed and money got deducted from my bank account, when i called bank they asked me to check with irctc and now irctc has already started refund. The transaction id and refund id is same [protected]. When i call sbi, they ask me again to contact irctc and irctc says and even they mailed me that they are refundung my money but not received in my account, simply the bank has not deposited it to my account.
