Dear Sbi Team,

Your ppl are constantly calling on all the associated numbers whereas I am trying to resolve a dispute with my bill. I am getting calls from number [protected] from Pitampura. I am recording all these calls and would start a defamation case since your unethical ways of persuing bills.

I'm out of the country so please send a number on which I can contact.

Updated by gemnian.g You suck big time as you hire people who do not know even how to contact people by email. The agony of shaming people by calling everyone near and dear. I paid and settled the full amount but I just get "apologies for inconvenience caused".

Had it been the US or anyplace else, I bet your ### would be sued red by me. Burn in hell ###

Firstly, please make sure all these threatening calls are stopped from your end. I have already sent an email to sbicard_cares to provide me with. A contact. (At least an educated person not goons).

Secondly, According to 2007 debt collection Act by Supreme Court no personal information pertaining to a person shall be leaked out whereas your guys are calling near and distant relatives and disbursing info and defaming. I have recorded calls for that . Fyi ICICI Bank was fined 55 lacs for the exactly the same tactics in 2014.

Thirdly, why cannot you email a person with that debt collection process has started if the person is not reachable??
