State Bank Of India [SBI] — ticket cancellation amount not refunded | |||
On[protected] i booked a ticket from IRCTC app using my SBI debit Card. My SBI account number is : [protected] and my debit card ending **2138. The money was refunded from IRCTC (as said by IRCTC) but the amount is not reflected in my account till date. Its been more than 10 days now and SBI is not ready to listen to my concerns instead they are pointing this matter towards IRCTC. The PNR number of the ticket is [protected] and the transaction id is [protected] and the Refund RRN No is : 85215229093913444838592 .
