State Bank Of India [SBI] — Unreasonable CDM Charges | |||
I got cash remittance from third party using CDM. I was surprised to find Rs 25 deducted as CDM Charges. Other private banks like ICICI are not charging this. Why this disparity. It is actually replacing manual intervention and should be encouraged instead of charging. SBI please become reasonable or get cursed from customers like me.
