[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — Wrong credit card bill and worst support | |
I had been charged an amount of INR 4740.09/- as first EMI on account of a purchase of an insurance policy from Policy Bazaar of amount INR 52792.52/- on 17th August and it reflected as a debit in the September statement. The Policy had been cancelled and the amount had been credited back to SBI card on 25th August. I had called the Customer care notifying that i have been overcharged.The team logged a tkt that the EMI plan would be cancelled and the amount would be credit back to card statement of October.But to my surprise i see that in the October statment it has not been credited. Please find both the statement for your ready reference. And arrange to credit it back immediately with Interest on EMI and GST amount Another biggest surprise is that In october statement the entire amount of INR 52792.52 has been again charged. How is the quality check done of reports by SBI? . SOnam chauhan and his Manager Mr Ravi from customers easily say this that it would be adjusted in next months statement. Who will pay the amount ?
