I ordered Huwai Router and paid order upfront. Despite chasing up, neither I got router not I got refund.
No option left but to file formal complaint to cybercrime cell....

Nearly one year completed still now i am not received my order product...

I have ordered jio wifi device ordered no 17812842 on date25/05/2020 through stayathome.co.in got a mail confirmation of the order paid the amount using my bank account no response after that...

I have booked Resonate router UPS on 12.06.2020 under order number: 17825837. I have already placed request for cancellation of the order thrice... But till now I have not received the product or have not received any refund. I request you to kindly cancel my order and refund my money back...

Order 17829130 was placed on 18-jun-2020, but neither received the order nor the moneynwas refunded. Almost 1 year still no response from the support team. Kindly look into this....

Product purchased on 19th july 2020, neither product recieved neither refund and non of their helpline numbers are active, they are cheaters. Innocent peoples should be made aware and steps to be taken to take the website down....

On 11th July 2020 i placed a order for Jio modem. For that i paid rs. 1050/- with delivery charges. Till now the product was not received to me.
