[Resolved] Stayzilla — Stayzilla is fraudulent | |||
Booked a hotel through Stayzilla on 20th Feb'17. Made advance payment. On next day the booking got cancelled by the host authority. Stayzilla notified that full refund has been initiated and it'll take 3-4 business days. Today is 1st Mar. I tried calling their so called customer support. Apparently all the provided contacts are false. Mail ids are also false. No wonder, they are non-responsive in their Facebook page. And as it seems this happens very frequently with numbers of people. Now I am finding lots of similar complaints registered against this fraud company. I wish I had known this before. Mar 2, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Got my refund today. Piece of advice for Stayzilla team. You genuinely need to make your service better and reliable. Try to get problems resolved before facing harsh words from customer end. Thanks. Stayzilla customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
