[Resolved] Stayzilla — Stayzilla not refund my cancellation booking. | |
I was cancel my booking ID[protected][protected] (28 Nov 2016) before 15 days on booked date due to sickness. first call to stazilla for cancellation, but representative told me that the money is already transfer to to the hotel so talk to hotel regarding this and they will be refund your money from there. then i talk to Hotel, they confirm my cancel booking and refund made on my next visit on 28 December 2016, i was booked an other room on 28 Dec to 29 Dec 2016 (Booking ID[protected][protected]). When i was there on 28 Dec 2016 they simply ignore and tell me refund should be back to stayzilla and they give your refund, after this i was called several times to stayzilla and not get any solution, Was this information helpful? | |

I am very much confuse who mark this as "Complaint marked as Resolved Feb 18, 2017" ...? Till in the middle march 2017 i was not get my refund so how can it solved ?
