Sterling Holiday Resorts — Non refund of membership after request for cancellation | |||
Hi, This is regarding the cancellation and full refund of our sterling membership no:1224730. Please refer to the recent telephonic conversation my daughter fareeda salam had with your sales executive mr. Seby toms on 24.06.2016 and 25.06 2016 and also the trailing emails below and to the previous telephonic conversations we have had with mr. Seby toms and mr. Sivakumar. 1. We have been verbally assured by mr seby toms on the telephonic conversation dated 25.06.2016 that our full refund of membership amount paid, has been initiated and the refund amount will be credited to our bank account by july 15th, 2016. As per his instructions, below are our bank account details. 2. The following is our bank account detail: Abdul salam k A/c no: [protected] Union bank Mala branch Ifs code: ubin0533939. Kindly deposit the amount of rs.2, 37, 032. (Rupees two lakh thirty seven thousand and thirty two only) to the above account number. 3. We would request for a written confirmation regarding the initiation of our refund as assured in the telephonic conversation by mr. Seby toms. Please note that we had initiated the request for refund since january 2016. Unfortunately the response from your side has been dismal. As a doctor and a member of sterling for many years now i have always been happy with the sterling hospitality and goodwill. I hope that sterling will live up to its reputation of high standards and enduring commitment to its members. Kindly look into the matter urgently as we have been requesting and making repeated phone calls. Other than verbal assurances we have not seen any solid action from your side. This has affected our trust in sterling adversely, a trust that has taken years to build. I sincerely hope that our matter will be resolved at the earliest and we can continue to take this mutually beneficial relationship forward in an amicable manner. I hope to hear from you at least by this coming wednesday (28.06.2016). Please refer the trailing mails for further clarifications. Please feel free to contact me in this regard if you have any doubts or require further clarifications in this regard. If we don't hear from you by this coming wednesday (28.06.2016) it will be deemed that the contents and facts mentioned in this email and the telephonic assurances given by mr.
