[Resolved] Sterling Holiday Resorts — Not refunding the money | |||||
Hi, I have already logged a complaint against sterling that i need a refund of the full amount. Its been 5-7 days that i raised the initial complain. I have been calling sterling every single day to check the status but they are still saying that the refund process will take 60-90 days. My question is who will pay the credit card emi and interest for these 90 days? When i am not wrong and the information given to me was misleading and misguiding when can they not refund the money back in my credit card account. Can someone please assist me in filing a court case against sterling holidays. I am sick of calling them everyday and they don't seem to be serious enough to refund the money.
