[Resolved]  Sterling Holiday Resorts — Not willing to cancel/terminate my membership by not answering to my messages

I HAD ON 27nth September 2016 sent a mail to Sterling holidays to cancell my membership no.1225980 .Sterling ack. no.is 02281800.though I was assured that I will be contacted by someone within 02 working days, no body has done that.I TRIED CUSTOMER CARE AND OTHER OPTIONS. no response. Its clear this organisation is fooling people.I being a retired defense officer have taken it as a chalange to expose them. pls help me

Updated by shishir 1 No, I had requested for cancellatipn of my membership, which has not yet happened.I have been getting routine mails with false promises however the core issue is yet to be resolved.Sterling holidays are indulging in delay tactics / buying time hoping like hell that I may change my mind.
