Sterling Holidays Resorts — Not Refunding as Promised: 20k stuck from 6+ months. Not responding | |
On Mar 4, 2020 I made a reservation for Sterling Resorts (Dindi) for 2 days (Apr 10th to 12th, 2020). As the Covid started spreading towards later part in March, I reached out to Sterling and they offered me two options: 1) Cancel the reservation, and get the refund (RS 19, 641/-). 2) Cancel and get a voucher worth the same with 6 months validity. I chose to cancel, and get the full refund. Sterling promised refund within 90 days, on Mar 26th. Today, it is Oct 6th, 2020 and there is no refund. I reached out to Sterling in multiple different means - they have always kept making false promises that it will be done today or tomorrow. But it is still not done. Voucher Number: NMWGOD[protected] Resolution Expected: Refund of 19, 641/- as promised. These days, they have also stopped responding. I feel cheated, and frustrated. Getting almost 20k rupees stuck with them, is infuriating.. especially when they don't even care to respond or even follow through on their own promises.
