Dear team
I have visited your resort at lonavala, maharashtra on 11 november 2018. I am sorry to say service is very bad. We have reminded 4 times for room service but still same is not done and told to do by 10 mins every time. On calling reception they are giving exeuses and told me to do complaint were ever i want, is this service is given by sterling resort.
