My name is Paul Saud Travasso, a senior citizen of 84 years old.
On 30/09/1993, I had joined Sterling Tree Magnum Child Millionaire Teakquity Scheme. by paying 20, 000/- in the names of my children, Sally Goretti Travasso and Kenneth Nelson John Bosco Travasso. The Company issued me Child Millionaire Teakquity Certificate No. M15, indicating that I owned 16 Nos of trees. The maturity date of the scheme was 29/09/2013.
The Last communication I had with the Company was on 4th.June, 2008, wherein they informed me that as per the scheme of compromise arranged by the High Court of Madras, dated 4/02/2008, repayment of investors with 5 trees and above will begin in May 2011 withiut any interest and end in May 2013. Since then they have not made any payment. Nor do they reply to my reminders.
I am a senior citizen, I shall be grateful to you if you would kindly pursue this matter and help me to resolve this issue. Thank you. Was this information helpful? |
