[Resolved] DSJ Agrotech — Investment in DSJ Agrotech, in the DSJ Dhanalaxmi 51 scheme | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, My parents invested Rs.5100 of their hard-earned money with DSJ Agrotech Ltd in the "DSJ Dhanalaxmi 51" scheme on 31 March 1995 (Regd. Folio Number: DJG0 0411, Certificate Number: 0002324). Apart from the certificate that they received as as proof of their investment, they have not received any communication from the company in spite of repeated letters. They have also written to the company registrar and to the stock exchange, but with no response from either. It appears that the promoters of this company are working as promoters of DSJ Communications which is still trading, in spite of having taken money from numerous innocent investors. Please let me know how we can claim our money back. We would like to get the maturity value promised - kindly advise us as to what avenues we can try to get at least our investment back.
