Stray Dogs In Colony Park — Need a Stray Dogs Catcher

There are about 7-8 stray dogs in the colony park who are causing problem in using the park. They sit in the middle of the track making it difficult to run normally, bark when someone crosses by them, fight among each other in the park and also gather up and bark against pet dogs making it difficult for other people.
