Stray Dogs In Our Area — request to catch stray dogs in our area

Dear sir/madam, i stay in 6th avenue, anna nagar west, chennai. On 6th avenue as well as in the nearby lanes - specifically in h block, 25th street, ponni colony, anna nagar - there are a group of stray dogs that bark and chase people. I used to take this route to drop my child at school. There are 2 kindergarten schools around this street. Recently, when i was returning back from the school, i was chased by a gang of mad dogs. Fortunately, someone helped me to chase them away. Because of the nuisance created by these dogs, it is getting increasingly difficult to walk on this lane especially with kids and toddlers. I request you to kindly take some action by sending the dog catcher team and transfer these dogs to some other safe location.
