Stray Dogs near House number 1-14 in Hari Nagar, Shastri Nagar create a lot of menace. They crowd and scare people at night, climb on the cars and create a lot of nuisance. There are approx 7-8 dogs in a small lane. Please help in removing the dogs from the streets for safety of people and cars.
