Stray Dogs In The Sector 52 — Stray dogs in Sec 52

Hello sir/madam,
I am staying in Sec 52, Koyal Vihar, Gurgaon. There are almost 50 stray dogs in our society. They have created a rucks in the whole area by:
Barking all day and night, because of which we are not able to work form home and not sleep peacefully at night
They start barking at anyone that comes in the lane and scares away street vendors, our friends, relatives
They come in front of vehicles creating an accident like situation

Please, please need your help to resolve it. It's been very hard last year. Kindly help with this to make 2021 a little better
