Sir, We have been facing sleepless nights for about 5 months due to the barking of street dogs at night from 11 PM to 4 AM. Sleep is our fundamental right. We cannot stay healthy without it. I live in Ranaghat, district of Nadia in the state of West Bengal of India. My full address is Vill - Millpara (beside Ranaghat Government Polytechnic College), P.O. Ranaghat, Dist. Nadia, Pin. 741201. Please do something to solve the issue. Almost 10 street dogs rob of our night sleep.
