Street Dogs barking — Street Dogs barking entire night resulting lack of sleep and Depression

I am resident of trinagar, New Delhi 110035. For past few month there has been increased number of stray dogs and cases of dog biting here. These dogs bark all night leading to disturbance during sleep for the entire night. I was not able to sleep from past many days resulting into depression, not able to focus in studies . The same complaint coming from many other families living in the colony. Kindly look into this serious matter urgently and resolve.
