I am a resident of River Heights, Adajan, Surat. There are so many street dogs and cats in the society that we are not able to let kids play in the society. Because of them, even adults are scared of walking around the block. They create mess all over the place. They bark.and howl so loudly in the nights, it's becoming difficult to sleep.
Even after complaining in SMC, we've been disappointed. It seems they are not ready to take the dogs/cats and instead are blaming/complaining against the one's that are asking them for help.
We have neither tried to harm the dogs in any manner nor are we a threat to them. But being able to live peacefully in our own society is something very basic and should not be this difficult.
I'm requesting the SMC to take appropriate action. If this is not.something the municipal corporation does, then please let me know whom to contact in this case. Was this information helpful? |
