Street Dogs issue — Street Dog disturbance

We see around 10 to 15 street dogs disturbing us ( group of dogs running here and there, urinals & ### everywhere, unnecessarily loud barking and quarrel among dogs, treat whether it will bite us or kids, , while they return from school, shop etc., )

could you please take necessary action on this issue.
