I am residing in Shalimar Garden, Extension 1.
I am facing lot of problems from my neighbour who is residing at 3rd floor. They are having 7 to 10 dogs kept in their flat. The dogs keep on barking throughout the day. It starts from early morning (5 am).
I would like to know whether can anyone have so many dogs in a residential area?
I would, therefore, request you to look into the matter on a top priority basis and take necessary action so that we can live peacefully.
