I had made a payment yesterday and my money also got debited but the order has not been made...

I ordered a pair of boots from them on 01/10/22 and it’s been 80+ days and still haven’t received my product. They’re just showing on their portal that they’ll deliver my product in next 10 days since a month now but haven’t received any response from them also tried calling them but their phone number is also fraud just like them and I’ve already prepaid for this item so I want them to deliver my product or refund my money back...

This complaint is regarding the order number-6978211, it’s for three boot.
It’s been 30 days now, I haven’t received any information regarding the product, the bot states the same stupid lines again and again .I have done the payment as well for this order.I want to know if you can deliver it or not because I can see you are cancelling other people order by making them wait for so long .If you can’t able to complete the order...

I ordered today and I do my prepaid.
And I can't see my order on my mail why?????...

I've ordered 2 dresses from choosing the payment method net banking nd i ordered only one time and it's total was 1198 but the payment has been deducted 2 times that is 2396 i need my money back...

I ordered a dress for Rs 899 order no. 7058387 bcuz of the size issue i was about to get a refund but it's not reflected in my bank nor I have any voucher and my money is still not refunded inspite of exchanging n them collecting the product I want my money back I don't want a voucher or anything n don't wanna shop from their shop henceforth just as I have returned your product credit my 899 debited money! Thats it...

Have prepaid the order of worth rs3000 the UPI payment cash is deducted.. payment is accepted but.. delivery is not assigned .. it's been 5-7 days...
I think my money is in the wrong hands.. or either i have lost it..I raised the query in the site but no response was there not even a single mail..
It was my first and worst experience at SSS I'm not ordering anything next time from this site...not at all..

I’ve lodged many complaints regarding this issue. The order was placed on 6th of October and i still haven’t received it after over 2 months. Every time i contact them i get the same reply in between the lines of ‘we will deliver your order in 10 days’....

I placed an order on the month November.. Order number 7001694.. And i got the products on December. They delivered the wrong itens.. All three of them.. Spon after that i tried to connect with them through phone for straight 3 days and finally they picked up and they arranged the exchange because there was nothing return policy. Scam no: 1.. So it will be helpful you have the option to change the address . And I have raised many tickets in your site but no one have replied. Kindly do the needful asap......

I ordered boots worth rs 799 around 9:45 today from Punjab, my money was deducted from the account but didn't receive any order confirmation mail ord sms, even order placed isn't reflecting in my account.
