[Resolved]  Street Style Store — Misleading pictures and unresponsive behaviour.

I ordered three pairs of shoes and was highly disappointed after receiving the order. It was not even close to what was shown in the picture while ordering. I asked for a return pick up as not only they were awfully ugly but also didn't fit me. They said they would arrange one but it never happened. It has been months now. I have sent them mails but they never replied. I have lost any hope to get my money back now but I don't want others to fall for the same and hence this complaint. Even before receiving the order, when I didn't receive my order after weeks and was trying to contact them and get update they never replied. I was a bit worried as I had already made the payment in advance. Finally when I threatened them that I would file a complaint against them in consumer court for fraud, they replied saying that they would deliver it soon. They have not mentioned any contact number on their site. All they have is an email id to which they never reply and postal address as if they expect the customer to visit them for tea or send them letter.
