I have purchased rado women`s wristwatch worth 13, 490/- from your website and opted for cod.

When i received the parcel i have paid cash but later after opening the parcel i got to know that wristwatch was for men`s so i called anurag[protected] on call he assured me that he will look into the matter and meanwhile i need to send back the product.

Pickup for the product happened (Attached pickup receipt) post that i asked for refund, but since then anurag is not answering my calls neither m getting any confirmation about my hard earned money.

I request you to please dont cheat your valuable customer and request you to please refund me back my money.

Hi Shruti. I myself am a victim of such scam a couple of years back. But lost only 800 rs. I suggest you immediately go to police. These are fraud websites which list at very low price and 5-10 people out of 100 end up paying. They then either deliver faulty/fakeproducts/empty boxes or do not deliver anything. They then vanish in thin air after 2-3 months of operation. use the below link to get details of the company owner. The owner is from bangalore, registered in andaman nicobar but showing that the company is in Noida. Act quickly or else your money is gone. Police can trace the phone number is it still rings. Contact cyberpolice if possible.
