Ordered a rado... Chhosen from photo... But actual rado received different and now they are not giving refund... And talked very rudely... They wrote u can get refund...in site clearly they wrote about refund... Now i don't like that model and they r not giving refund... Bakvas company... Stop this site. Attaching both pics. U can compare it.

I have purchased rado women`s wristwatch worth 13, 490/- from your website and opted for cod.

When i received the parcel i have paid cash but later after opening the parcel i got to know that wristwatch was for men`s so i called anurag[protected] on call he assured me that he will look into the matter and meanwhile i need to send back the product.

Pickup for the product happened (Attached pickup receipt)...
