[Resolved] Styletag — Replacement is done despite intimating the same | |||||
Though my past experiences was good with Styletag. The way they handle the customer queries is a concern. I ordered a product on 29th Dec 2016 and received it on 30th Dec 2016. Though I sent a replacement request on 30th Dec 2016, it is been ignored. Due to certain emergencies I am in Hyderabad. I request them to pick it from Hyderabad. But I never received any response. Without contacting me, they drop me mails informing my request been resolved! Was this information helpful? | |||||
