[Resolved] Styletag — Replacement is done despite intimating the same

Though my past experiences was good with Styletag. The way they handle the customer queries is a concern. I ordered a product on 29th Dec 2016 and received it on 30th Dec 2016. Though I sent a replacement request on 30th Dec 2016, it is been ignored. Due to certain emergencies I am in Hyderabad. I request them to pick it from Hyderabad. But I never received any response. Without contacting me, they drop me mails informing my request been resolved!

Updated by susrespanda The product they sell is good, but the customer care they hire is #####. The people they hire is lack in basic customer care sense, phone etiquette and linguistic skills. If you ask for the color they come back with the texture. They behave as if they are some president, not customer care! They behave as if they hailed from stone-age! I keep on asking to pick a product from Hyderabad, they keep on telling your query got solved without contacting me! One stupid customer care made my experience with Styletag upside down. I don't want to shop anything in future from them, just to avoid the ####s, they hired as customer care!
