[Resolved] Styletag.com — not getting my money back | |
I have purchased one ready made garments on line order No.[protected] from Styletag .com It was very bad quality product so they asked me to return the goods and they received the same from Blue dart courior. They promised that they will refund the money but until now there is no response from their side. I called them several times and answering machine replied that office is closed now. After few days they replace the product and also apologized for the delivery of the wrong product. | |

i have ordered some product from styletag.com
my order no. is R[protected] on 04.12.2014. because of some size issues i have returned the product on 11.12.2014.
my POD no of courier through which i have sent the product is Z42299481 via DTDC.
product already delivered to them by 14.12.2014.
but they people have not refunded my amount as of now.
i called many times to customer care and talked to them.
but no one is entertaining me .
have sent mail 10 times to customer support..
no single reply back.
i am very disappointing and worried pls help me.
my total amount to be refunded is 2997/- rs.
hope positive response from your side.
