[Resolved]  Subhagruha — cheated on the said plot and sold to some other persons

Really what a big mistake i have done in my life is investing more than 22 lakhs liquid cash on subugruha plot at medchal subha gruha saanvi with out any evidance/or any reciept.
I dint came to ur office for plot. Ur marketing people came to home and forced me to see the venture plot and forced me to buy.
The plot cost is 40 lakhs for 200 yards and u took 20 lakhs as black amount and 2 lakhs as white and asked me to go for loan on remaining amount.
Every rupee is more valueable to us and i struggled a lot on adjusting that amount.
U gave me plot no 170 which is corner but-one plot. But why ur forcing me to take other plot 171 which is not booked by me. Why you people are asking me to do settlement on the plot.. What is the need for the customer to compromise on his plot.. Why you are creating some false document and sending to my home as i have booked the plot 171 and saying should settle the remaining money. I came to ur office for 5 to 7 times in paying 20 lakhs in three installments. On feb 9th 2019 i came to ur office with final amount to be paid of 6 lakhs and for aggrement. But shocking things i heard from you people that the plot agreement was already done to some body due to some mistakes done by the accounts department. And asked me to calm down for a week i appreaceated ur sincerity and i thought you would settle the issue internally and come with the agrement proposal
When i was in ur office today there were some internal discussions happened and finally md came to conclusion with some loop holes in the paying amount.
But finally when i meet your md j srinuvas garu he said the agreed payment was delayed for more than a week days so ur plot was registered to some body don't u people feel shy on asking me to change the plot after paying the said amount 22 lakhs in given duration.. If you still stick on rules and regulations o[censored]r management then what is use of giving the reciepts on the customers name and what is the use of investing such a huge amount on such a big management.
Team shubagruha i believed in you people and payed the amount 22 lakhs with out a reciept but u people cheated me literally. Because the plot rate was increased. My sister was recently married and i already commited on gaving this plot to my sisters family. Please dont cheat the people after the ventures plot price was increased.

Subagruha is brand but i dont see people in office including higher management behaved as brand persons
