subhas bose institute of hotel management — Not providing 2nd and 3rd semester Marksheet, extreme harassment and hidden charges

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to inform that my son was a student of Subhas Bose Institute of Hotel Management(SBIHM, Kolkata) who enrolled for the Bachelor of Science(B.Sc) degree in Hotel Management and Tourism(Lateral -2). This institute is registered under Annamalai University.

It has been almost 2 years the institute is not providing the original marksheet for the 2nd semester (which took place in 2015) and 3rd semester(which took place in May, 2016). We can find the result in the online portal of the University through the Enrollment number. But the college authorities is not providing the marksheet.

After several harassment, they provided us with the 1st semester marksheet with several conditions of additional hidden charges. They have the same kind of intention of not providing the original marksheet and putting several monetary charges. They are continuing this activities with several students, since ages and the guardians hesitate to come forward thinking about the future of their children.

They are blocking the 2nd and 3rd semesters marksheets which is impacting my son's career as well as an obstruction to pursue higher studies. So as a guardian, would really appreciate if you can take strict action against the college authorities in order to secure the future of the students of our country. Hope I could convey my message without any ambivalence.

I can provide all the supporting documents as soon as my request is considered.
