The same thing happened to me, still date I am still waiting to get back the money but they refuse to back so will going to consumer court against them. A CGM device is misleading and it cause of severe diseases. I would like to know if you complained again sugarfit in consumer court.

Same happened to me, misleading information and pushed me to join over call by taking advantage of medical condition
The sails man very clearly have told me that if I stop subscription the EMI will stop
But now they are refusing to stop EMI

Yes, I have few information collected and also collecting more info, please share your email address if possible so we can file case.
Is the issue resolved? I am facing the same issue.
