I have registered for the SugarFit Diabetes Reversal Program and made a payment of 24, 500 through Kotak Bank No Interest EMI. The services include diagnostics, CGM patches, Coach consultation, and doctor advice. However, SugarFit is not able to provide the services as promised because the diagnostic partners are saying that the area where I live is not serviceable. I have requested them for a refund, but they said they will resolve the issue asap. And they tied up with another local partner for diagnostic test. But the new partner also denied service. I have been spending hours contacting customer service to cancel my pack in that case. I want the refund to be processed asap. Was this information helpful? |
