Sukam Inverter — No service response

I bought sukam inverter in the month of april 2015 with 02 year warranty On 25 sept 2015 some technical problem happen with my inverter.in this regard i lodge complain as on 26th sept 2015 and sukam complain reference no is [protected]. And as per company policy standard timeing for customer complain resoluation is 3 days. But after passing 12 days no proper response from company i called them on tollfree no sevral times(7to8) times but they gives excuse that they will call back me after 30 mintue After many cummunication they provide me guwahati sevice center mob no and when talk guwahati they told me that they will not come at home for repairing and they told me to bring inverter to their service center than they will repair.but as per company policy door step service..when told them about door step servicing policy they refuge and told me they will not come to repair at my home..
