[Resolved]  Sumsang — Warranty not given

Subject :- Service center complaint - Reg

Respected sir,

I, have purchased a samsung galaxy 21S+ with the following specifications 8GB / 256 GB number [protected] on 27 JAN 2021 from future world, Tilak Nagar metro station new Delhi invoice number 1439.

Sir, I would like to inform you that on 7 sept 2021 It suddenly turned off and on same day it was given to samsung service center (yamuna village Bhajanpura). They said that if phone is physical damage or damage due to water then the warrant will not be claimed.

On the next day, they called me and said that phone mother board is dead and they are going to raise a ticket to samsung for approval.

Then I got a call from service center stating my ticket has been approved and phone is been repaired. When I went to collect my phone, they said that approval has been rejected and I got a call by mistake, then I asked them when my phone is not physically damaged or damaged due to water, then I requested them to show me any written proof of rejecting my request, they said they don't now anything and they said if I want to repair my phone I need to pay the amount.

Later, when I spoke to samsung customer care on 15.9.2021 they said that my phone is repaired and I can collect it from service center.

Then I went to service center to collect my phone, they said phone is not repaired, during the conversation I told them that after I got confirmation from samsung customer care then only I came. They said, customer care executive lied to you and phone is not repaired.

I asked them too talk to customer care they said they are not going to do the same and I can complaint to any one.
