Sun Direct — Amount deducted from bank but transaction failed in sundirect app

I recharged my sundirect with Telugu base pack 1249/- through sundirect mobile app via UPI. The transaction in UPI is successful and amount is deducted from bank but the transaction is displayed failed in sundirect mobile app. I raised a complaint through customer care as well. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
